GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The Polielettronica LaserLab is a digital laser exposure system using solid-state RGB laser technology.
The machine features a drum exposure system designed to ensure maximum image quality, excellent focus precision, tonal continuity, and high color accuracy across the entire exposed surface.
Optical transfer is performed through a dedicated fiber optic system developed by Polielettronica, allowing accurate reproduction of highlights, shadows, and fine image details.
The equipment is designed for high-quality large format photographic paper exposure with fast and automated production.

OPERATING PROCESS
The machine operates as follows:
1.Photographic paper is cut and positioned automatically inside the drum.
2.The exposure unit moves on an air cushion system.
3.A rotating mirror reflects the laser beam onto the paper surface.
4.The RGB laser system converts digital image data into laser exposure.
5.The exposed paper is automatically transferred to the paper processor.
6.While one print is being processed, the next exposure cycle can begin simultaneously.
