Observations
(x2) Briquetting press, Capacity approx. 750-1.000Kg/hour, for Wood (sawdust), plastics (DSD material), paper (cardboard) and PUR-foam (expanded material) and biomass (straw). Included: tank approx. 5m3 - Output conveyor belt - Electrical panels - Temperature controllers - Spare parts set. The material is discharged by a rotor from the press silo to a conveyor screw. This conveyor screw passes the material on to the compression screw. From there on, the pre-compressed material gets into the press chamber of the briquetting press.
An oscillating piston presses the material through a cone pipe, thus producing an endless rope with a diameter of approx. 65 mm (55 mm, 45 mm). Afterwards, this rope is pushed through a hydraulic tongs which causes a recompression of largeness. The hydraulic tongs work with two different pressures. When starting the press, it switches from pre-pressure (low pressure) to main pressure (higher pressure). The main pressure is freely adjustable. The revolutions/min. of the conveyor screw are also freely adjustable. The throughput capacity and the briquette quality can be influenced by the screw’s revs/min as well as by the main pressure.
