Description
Compact high-precision CNC machining center, EMCO Concept Mill 105, originally designed as an industrial training and prototyping machine, although widely used for small batches requiring high machining accuracy.
This unit was originally purchased for drilling holes up to Ø3 mm in turned production components. After that production project ended in 2009, the machine was used only occasionally for machining aluminum front and rear panels for electronic equipment in very small batches.
The machine has always operated using oil as the cutting coolant.
It has seen very few actual operating hours (no hour meter installed).
