Description
Set consisting of two complete AGRINACO olive cleaning and washing lines, designed to perform the complete cleaning process prior to olive milling and processing.
Each line is composed of one AGRINACO LD45 Olive Washer and one AGRINACO LPV45 Olive Cleaner, together with the corresponding conveyor belts, weighing unit, electrical control panel and all components required for operation.
The system efficiently removes leaves, branches, soil, mud, stones and other foreign materials through a combination of pneumatic separation, vibrating screening and washing using an upward water flow, delivering clean olives ready for further processing.

The machine can operate either in dry cleaning mode or with wet pre-washing, depending on the condition of the olives.

Operating Process
1.Olive feeding.
2.Initial soil removal by vibrating feeder.
3.Pneumatic separation of leaves and light materials.
4.Secondary cleaning using the vibrating screen.
5.Removal of sticks and branches by the motorized destoner.
6.Complete washing using an upward water flow.
7.Automatic stone separation through the trommel.
8.Final dewatering of the olives.
9.Discharge of clean olives ready for further processing.
