Production Concept
The system is designed for fully automated 24/7 unmanned production of cubic parts.
Material is fed via a bar feeder with capacity for bars up to 100 mm diameter and 3000 mm length, suitable for both round and profiled material.
The rotary table acts as a positioning axis, allowing machining of the four lateral faces using the vertical milling spindle.
The fifth face is machined horizontally using the tilting head.
Afterwards, the part is cut off, rotated 180°, and the sixth face is machined using the tilting head.
Finished parts are automatically removed by a handling system and deposited in a parts storage unit.
