The DOYPACK is used for filling and sealing (manually or automatically) a wide variety of products, such as granules, powders, dry foods, liquids, and other food and non-food applications, in a variety of bags of different sizes. With its innovative and compact design, the bags are loaded and sealed with ease.
• The DOYPACK system is controlled by a PLC and operated via an HMI screen. The system complies with CE standards.
• The DOYPACK is an economical solution for small users who want to semi-automate or fully automate the filling and sealing of their bags at a reduced cost. A bagging speed of approximately 6-15 bags/min can be achieved. Maximum capacity is 30-50 empty bags.
• The DOYPACK's main function is to bag the product, following the steps of picking up the bags, opening them, filling them, and sealing them. It features additional systems such as zip closure opening, product seating, dust suction, vacuum, nitrogen insertion, and can also be fitted with a coding printer.
