Ready-mix concrete plant Production Capacity: Depending on the conditions, 30-50 m³/h. The "swivel crane" is the scraper, used to lift the bulk materials so that they flow by gravity to the metering gates. It's a standard star configuration for a mixing plant. The plant consists of: · 1 mixing tub, 1 cubic meter, manufactured in 2014 by Wiggert Karlsruhe, including trolley, dosing equipment, bulk material elevator, etc. · 4 silos with a capacity of approximately 32 tons each, manufactured by Stanelle · 1 manually operated Elba scraper with a new slewing ring, renewed in 2024 · 1 UTW recycling system with 2 circular tanks · Sauter machine control system · 500 kW oil heating system It is generally operational, but the silos have already been emptied. (Not include the concrete bulk material storage boxes.)
