Film transport for bag forming is carried out by belts mounted tangentially to the forming tube, driven by an independent motor. The bag length is electronically adjustable from the touchscreen. The pressure of the transport belts on the forming tube is adjustable according to the selected format. A photoelectric sensor detects the registration mark for the production of printed bags. 🔹 SEALING SYSTEM ·Independent actuation of the vertical sealing unit via high-precision pneumatic systems ·Integrated operational test and diagnostics of machine components via the touchscreen ·Capability to store and program multiple recipes/programs depending on the product to be packed 🔹 SAFETY SYSTEMS ·Safety alarms in case of opening of the electrical cabinet, mechanical cabinet, or front protection of the sealing area ·Automatic stop in case of excessive thickness detected between the horizontal sealing jaws ·Front hinged safety guards for sealing areas, ensuring operator protection ·When any guard is opened, the machine stops immediately and the status is displayed on the touchscreen 🔹 BAG FORMING SYSTEM ·One forming set and tube for producing bags of a specific width ·To produce bags of different widths, an additional forming set and tube is required for each format 🔹 SEALING TECHNOLOGY The machines use the conventional heat and pressure sealing system, with or without gusset, depending on the type of film or laminate used. 🔹 STRUCTURE AND MATERIALS ·Support structure manufactured from steel, with epoxy-painted finish in metallic grey ·All parts in contact with the product are made of stainless steel with shot-blasted finish
