Food cube maker

The TECNOTRANS M850 is an industrial cutting and punching machine intended for

processing of cooked, raw and slightly frozen food products, designed

to obtain cuts in cube format of different dimensions.

The machine is built entirely of stainless steel, including the frame itself,

the cutting device and the coatings, which facilitates its use in environments of

food production and its subsequent cleaning and maintenance.

selected, blade holder size, chamber fill level and experience of

operator.

Products and working conditions:

It is designed to work with cooked, raw and slightly

frozen, within a temperature range of approximately −3 °C to +60 °C.

The environmental conditions specified for operation are from +5 °C to +25 °C,

while for storage it supports temperatures from −10 °C to +45 °C, with a

maximum relative humidity of 93% at 25 °C.
