Material Entry / Feeding

The rolling mill stand is equipped at the entry with a manual clamping press, which acts as a strip retainer. Its function is to provide the necessary tension due to the absence of a driven uncoiler.

Roll Cooling

The machine is equipped with a closed-loop cooling system designed to circulate the rolls' cooling/lubricating emulsion.

Recoiler

• Specified diameter: Ø 400 mm.
• Equipped with spacers to reach: Ø 500 mm.
• Mechanical expansion system: Camshaft-operated.

Electrical Equipment and Control

The rolling mill is supplied with complete electrical equipment, comprising:

• Central electrical cabinet.
• Overhead control panel for machine operation and control by the operator.
