Automatic Sleeve Applicator Automatic machine for cutting and inserting the sleeve onto the container. The machine stops the jar, positions the tamper-evident seal (sleeve), cuts with a blade, and releases the container for shrinking in a heat tunnel. Capacity: 40 jars per minute, but this depends on the materials and type of container. The height is adjustable, and the sleeve length can also be modified. Formats from 44 to 55 mm in diameter with the same tool and sleeve. Note: Requires a line with a conveyor belt and heat tunnel for shrinking. The conveyor belt and heat tunnel are not included. Process: Application of heat-shrinkable (tamper-evident) tape to the neck/cap of the jar. Sectors: Food, beverages, cosmetics, OTC pharmaceuticals, personal care.
