Approximate weight: 650Kg. - PVC conveyor belt. - Mould, counter mould and upper tread made of technical plastic. - Pneumatic drive controlled by programmable automaton with pressure and pressing time regulation. - Constructed of AISI-304 stainless steel. The ham is placed on a conveyor belt and passes to the forming area. It consists of a system of three pneumatic pistons, interchangeable mold and counter mold and an upper pressor. After detecting the passage of the ham, by means of a photocell, the three pistons are activated to form the piece. The specific design of the continuous high-performance system facilitates this operation, avoiding product handling with the consequent saving of time and labor.
