Six 8” pressure tubes in two banks of 4+2 tubes, rated at 300 psi for five membranes, Bel Composite. (30 membranes) Chemical cleaning unit consisting of: - 5.5 kW centrifugal pump, in AISI 316, Lowara. - 850-liter conical-bottom chemical cleaning tank with graduated scale. - Level switch Rotameter-type flow meters. - Feed. - Permeate. - Chemical cleaning. Permeate conductivity measurement. High-pressure pump inlet pressure switch. Pressure gauges for monitoring pressure at different points. Electrical cabinet. - Siemens S7-1200 PLC. - Touchscreen display. - Variable speed drive for the high-pressure pump. PVC PN 10, HTA PN25, and AISI 316L stainless steel piping.
