Complete line for manufacture of welded pipe tubes

Complete line for the manufacture of welded pipe tubes(round, square and rectangular tubes). Line for profiling, feeding, unloading, high frequency welding and tooling. It is composed of a tube formation profiler with six vertical and six horizontal profiling towers, as well as a calibration profiler with four vertical towers plus four horizontal profiling towers, as well as a feeding and unloading system. It also consists of a 200 KW welding equipment from the firm GH Industrial, as well as the tube welding module composed of pipe-closing equipment and automatic deburring process, as well as cooling it. It also has a continuous galvanization system of welding by means of a zinc projection gun. It has an automatic milling disc cutting system, without burr and automatic cut control, as well as an automatic two-band discharge. Next to the welded pipe line, the roller sets of the following round tube sizes: 20/25/28/30/32/38/40/42/45/48/50/55/60/65/77 mm are delivered, as well as the rollers and scapegoats (8 units) for the manufacture of square and rectangular tubes of the measures corresponding to these rounds.
