Capacity: 500 liters of fermentable wort.  Composed of 3 tanks: macerator (500 l.), hot water tank (600 l.) And a cooking tank (600 l.), all supported by two recirculation systems, a solids separator and a plate heat exchanger, with a 730 l. tank for water or glycol.  The system is supported and commanded by a Schneider automaton system, through a touch panel for process control, recipes, etc.  2 chimneys in D.150 double-bodied stainless steel are needed for flue gas extraction and another one in D.80 for steamed wort in cooking.  Energy sources: Natural gas / urban gas for processing and electricity. 1.5 Kw. 400 VAC.
