Thermal cycler in a 96-well format. The Peltier element controls the temperature of the silver plated block with extremely fast heating and cooling rates. Freely programmable temperature gradients up to 20 °C allow optimization of not only annealing temperatures, but all temperature steps of PCR protocols, even for the most demanding applications. Optimum, constant heating and cooling rates are guaranteed thanks to the steady yslope technology, which means that the results of gradient experiments can be easily and precisely transferred to everyday applications. Application: For PCR experiments. Heated lid with integrated ESP technology (Electronic Sample Protection). Highest temperature speed due to silver block: up to 6 °C/s.
