1 - Installation for feeding material to plastic injection mold

Centralized installation for the automatic feeding of material to plastic injection molding machines. This installation consists of: - Programming center. - Material distribution vacuum pumps (3 units). - 40 kW material dryer/dehumidifier. - Material drying hoppers with automatic suction (7 units). - Material feed hoppers on the injection molding machine with proportional valve (virgin/recycled material) (7 units). - Master (colorant) dispensers (6 units). - Distribution table for 9 different materials (up to 6 injection molding machines can be fed with each of the 9 materials). - Pipes and fittings. • Sepro PIP 65 sprue extractor robot (3 units). • Sepro PIP 55 sprue extractor robot (4 units). • Mills for grinding castings x 2 units.
