The protection function of pater interruption & blocking and tube loosing, which realize that one person operate more machines. The belt of straw collector could separate tail end of paper tube with paper straws effectively and orderly collects the paper straws. With automatically mechanisms, reduce labor cost. The paper straw making machine adopts at least two paper strips. The machine should accomplish: Put paper strip reels on the bracket, adhesive double & single side through glue unit, winding & stick together strips to be paper tube by main motor, high speed cutting and chasing to cut tube into paper straws, automatic get rid of tail ends by conveying belt, finish paper straws collection and other steps. The machine adopts AC 380V 3-phase four-wire system power supply, rated frequency 50-60 Hz. The maximum power is 6.5KW. Main power supply line; aluminum wire ≥6mm2; copper wire ≥4mm2. And the voltage fluctuation should be controlled between +5% to -5%. If necessary, use a 3- phase voltage regulator.
