Monobloc capping filler - bottles of 0.33 and 0.5lts.  Production: 900-1,100 bottles/hours (0.33 and 0.5 l bottle), capped heads: 1, Taps: 10, power: 1.5Kw, Total dimensions: 2,000x1,200x2,200mm. Ideal for beers and soft drinks, the filling system is by gravity. The machine is equipped with filling taps and a capping head for a type of crown plug, with dosing of the plugs automatically by means of a hopper located at the top of the capper. It is built in AISI-304 stainless steel, and protected with cab according to CE, with automatic machine stop in case of opening doors. Includes transport of bottles by means of a stainless steel charnela chain, with gear motor for traction, mechanical variable speed drive with steering wheel drive. The filling tank located at the top of the machine is equipped with an automatic product inlet valve commanded by maximum and minimum level probes.
